Your plans will go smoothly when traveling on Kuwait Airways. You are always guaranteed a seat on Economy, even on full flights – as long as you are an Oasis Club Gold member on full fare and have been issued a ticket. Just make your reservation at least 72 hours before departure. If the seat available is in a different class, simply pay the difference in price.
You can enjoy the comfort of checking in at the Business and First class counters, even when you hold an Economy class ticket.
While we value all our members, Gold Oasis Club card holders are entitled to priority service at Oasis Club Customer Service Centre located in Sharq, Kuwait City
Oasis Club Gold members travelling out of Kuwait in all classes –including Economy Class- have the possibility of checking-in by phone 4342224 or by fax 4342223. All requests have to be communicated between 0700 hours and 2200 hours.
For passengers travelling on the next day, calls and fax must be received between 1700 hours till 2200 hours for flights departing up to 1400 hours the following day.
For passengers travelling on the same day, they still can send their requests at least 3 hours before flight departure time. The reporting time is 1 hour prior to departure flight. Boarding passes can be collected from First Class counter #2 that is located in First Class area Zone 1.
Gold members, when traveling Kuwait Airways even in Economy class, can benefit from a fast track immigration clearance service at London Heathrow Airport. Concerned members are invited to show their valid Oasis Club Gold cards while requesting this service.
Gold members, traveling to London from Kuwait, have to claim this service on board.
Gold members, who are traveling out of London, are requested to approach Kuwait Airways check-in counters at London Heathrow Airport.
Gold members, traveling on Kuwait Airways flights, can use the fast track immigration service at Kuwait Intl airport even when traveling in Economy Class.
Concerned members are invited to show their Oasis Club valid cards at the dedicated desk that has been set up at the immigrations check point in Kuwait International Airport. This desk is located on the far left after the security check.
Our generous luggage allowance lets you pack 30kg more into your travels without extra charge. (not applicable on North American destinations and other destinations where the piece concept applies).
Again, priority is given to you and yours. Your check-in luggage will be first to be loaded onto the luggage belt at your destination airport. So you can be on your way sooner.
